Keith Macomber is a Partner of Judson Partners based in New York. His search practice is focused primarily on asset and wealth management.

Working with investment managers, Keith has completed assignments for senior business management roles, portfolio managers, research and trading roles as well as risk management and compliance. Working with wealth management clients, he has placed senior regional field sales executives, product and investment solutions professionals, risk, compliance and supervisory executives and brokerage business strategists. His consultative approach to each search assignment gives his clients an in-depth understanding of the current marketplace, insightful evaluations of candidates and the best possible solution to the hiring need.

Keith has over 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Judson Partners, he was a Partner with Odgers Berndtson, CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles. Before executive search, Keith enjoyed a 13 year career on Wall Street. Starting with Merrill Lynch in financial consulting, he spent the last 10 years in institutional fixed income sales, structuring and trading tax-exempt bonds at M.R. Beal and Thompson McKinnon.

Keith received a BA degree in history from Colgate University.
