Cornelia Kiley is a Partner of Judson Partners, based in New York. Cornelia’s search practice is focused primarily on real estate, asset & wealth management and alternative investments.
Prior to merging CLKiley Associates into Judson Partners, Cornelia spent several years as a Partner at CTPartners. She began her search career with Russell Reynolds, where she led the firm’s Asset and Wealth Management practice while also focusing on private equity real estate assignments globally.
Prior to starting her executive search career, Cornelia spent nearly a decade in C-suite roles at Bank of America where she served as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Distribution for Columbia Management Group and was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. She was also the Chief Marketing Officer of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments with responsibility for Capital Raising, Relationship Management, Marketing and Product Development and was a member of its Operating Committee. Prior to Lend Lease, she worked at JPMorgan Chase as Managing Director and Head of Global Sales and Marketing of Chase Asset Management, the institutional money management group. She was also one of the founding partners and Head of Sales and Marketing of Seix Investment Advisors, Inc.
Cornelia received a BA degree in political science and economics from Goucher College and her MA in public finance from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy, New School University where she was the Erwin S. Wolfson Scholar. Cornelia is a Board member of National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI- NYC Metro, whose mission is to end the stigma of mental illness. She is particularly focused on mental health workplace issues.
